Certain types of exercise create more brain cells than others

There’s no doubt that exercise is good for your brain, but which type stimulates the brain to grow more brain cells? Dr. Maria Fermoile is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Alliance Rehabilitation in Fresno.

She interprets a new study published in the February 2016 Journal of Physiology by a university in Finland that compares moderate running, high-intensity running, and weight-lifting.  Read about the results here.
