In the *new* best spot in town with a wrap-around deck and incredible views of the Potomac River, IRON(WO)MAN & 123-time marathon runner, Brooke Sydnor Curran, will be popping bottles at Café 44 for the kids. On Thursday, April 25th, Brooke’s tips & 15% of sales will be donated to RunningBrooke – dedicated to getting Alexandria’s children physically active to spark happier, healthier, learning-ready students. No tickets needed, just show up! Feel free to bring some friends!

Café 44 is located on the 4th floor of an office building. On Fairfax St., turn at the Perfect Pita, just beyond the Crown Plaza. Go to the first office building on the right. There is no big sign for Café 44 outside. Take the elevator to the 4th floor to Café 44. There is greenery on the wall at the entrance.
