Set up water stations and hand out water to thirsty runners
Hand out ribbons or medals to race finishers
Hand out beer to thirsty race finishers (if you are of legal age)
Set up the course (ride in a truck and put out traffic cones)
Direct runners (so no wrong turns are taken)
Register runners for our race
Fill goody bags
Cheer on runners
Most volunteer shifts last a few hours, usually on a weekend morning, generally from May to October. Some events require more labor hours, others less. Come cheer on our runners even if our volunteer quota is satisfied!

Get the Word Out: (distribute flyers/posters; Facebook/Twitter posts and promotion; write a blog post)

Document What We Do (take photos/videos at our events)
